Liên Đoàn Biển Đông in alliance with HDVN - USA, an independent youth leadership organization founded on the Hướng Đạo philosophy. We are completely independent and not affiliated with any other youth organization.
Our Purpose
For 23 years in Houston, Liên Đoàn Biển Đông has carried forward the 95-year legacy of Hướng Đạo Việt Nam, building resilience, self-reliance, and wisdom in leadership through outdoor adventure, service, and the 13 Methods. Our legacy is to help every Hướng Đạo Sinh grow in strength and compassion, ready to serve family, community, and country.
